Our mission at Inspire Active Wear™ is to offer products produced with a focus on environmental and social responsibility.

We promise:

To produce socially conscious clothing. Our leggings are made in the USA by people who earn a living wage.
To fabricate environmentally sustainable clothing. Each pair of Inspire Active Wear™ leggings is constructed with REPREVE® recycled polyester which is made from recycled plastic bottles.
To provide a positive inspirational message. Every pair of our leggings has an inspirational quote printed on the inside of the waistband. We believe that a positive mental outlook can change the world.
To create beautiful, wearable-art clothing. Each of our products is artist designed. The patterns featured on our leggings have been created by photographer/designer Barbara Northrup. Careful thought has gone into the pattern placement, color and fit so you get a beautiful quality garment.

About our Leggings:

Inspire Active Wear™ leggings are designed with wide double-fabric waist band to provide a smoother silhouette. They are naturally wrinkle resistant and will retain their stretch ability and never bag at the knees. The REPREVE® recycled fabric is made with SORBTEK® technology which catches moisture and moves it away from the skin for quick evaporation. The yarn is breathable, which leaves the wearer cool, dry and comfortable. Inherent soil release properties to protect against soil such as sweat and grass. Careful thought has gone into the unique art inspired engineered design so you get a beautiful quality wearable art garment.

Wash by hand or on the delicate cycle of your washing machine with a mild detergent. Do not Bleach. Hang to dry.

Inspire Active Wear was started in January 2016 by Barbara Northrup, a professional photographer who lives on a barrier island off the coast of Georgia, USA. An avid outdoors-woman, she has over the years, watched the damaging changes in the environment that have been caused by global warming. As the mother of two grown children, she believes that we can and must take action to save the planet now.
